Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026

Gap Moment is in pre-launch. Reserving a founding spot is free and requires no payment. After reserving, you may optionally pay a fully refundable US$1 founding-spot hold, processed securely by Stripe, to lock one of the 300 founding spots to your name. The $1 hold is not a purchase of the product. Full pricing, shipping estimates, and purchase terms will be disclosed before checkout opens at launch (planned Q3 2026).

Reserving a founding spot is free and involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund for the reservation itself. If you choose the optional US$1 founding-spot hold, it is fully refundable at any time before launch. To request a refund of the $1 hold, email hello@gapmoment.com and it will be returned to you via Stripe. The $1 hold is optional and is not a purchase of the product.

When the product launches and checkout opens, full cancellation windows and refund terms for actual product purchases will be published before any purchase is made, so you can review them in advance.
