When you submit the reservation form on this site, we collect the email address you provide. If you choose the optional US$1 founding-spot hold, payment is processed by Stripe, which handles your payment data under its own privacy policy — Gap Moment does not receive or store your card details.

We use the email addresses collected to notify interested visitors when the product launches and checkout opens, to manage founding-spot reservations, and for related pre-launch marketing communications. We use analytics and advertising data to understand site performance and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy, and as required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@gapmoment.com. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through your browser settings.
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
